When PD-5 Boiler Boost+ is added to your oil tank it is dispersed as minute droplets throughout the fuel. At the point of ignition in the burner the droplets enhance the atomisation of the fuel, significantly improving the efficiency of combustion. As a result, the fuel burns more completely, resulting in reduced fuel consumption, reduced emissions, reduced smoke and reduced carbon deposits. Existing carbon deposits within the burner will also be gently removed. The thermal efficiency will be improved so that the boiler reaches its optimum operating temperature much more quickly.
Long term benefits will be reduced maintenance and increased injector life due to reduced carbon build up. PD-5 Boiler Boost's unique formulation is very different to traditional fuel additives as it contains no harmful metals, it's non volatile and is safe to handle and transport.
