Totally safe to handle and transport PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost are revolutionary new fuel conditioners which can be added to all types of liquid fossil fuels. They physically mix with the fuel to exist as an extremely small droplet of the product encased in an envelope of fuel. The resultant mix is small and stable enough to pass through any fuel filter or purification device.

Combustion effect

During the fuel droplet combustion the fuel droplet burns from the outside to its nucleus. PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost accelerate the combustion process by turning each droplet to gas. As the temperature increases the pressure caused by the PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost vapour causes a micro explosion that fragments the fuel droplets. This leads to a greater surface area for the fuel to burn so the fuel burns more quickly. This accelerated combustion leads to more energy being available to the piston and less unburnt fuel exiting via the exhaust system.

PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost contain no heavy metals or detergent components. The by-products from their consumption are H20 in the form of steam and a trace amount of CO2which are natural by-products of the combustion of fuel. Through the use of PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost nothing alien has been introduced to the engine or fuel system. They cannot cause damage nor will they produce any gaseous pollutant by their use.

Cleaning Power

The gas generated by the boiling of PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost during the combustion process has been proven to have a tremdous cleaning effect on engines and boilers. The phenomenon of micro explosion detailed above reduces the emissions and fuel usage from an engine or boiler. Some fuels due to their nature tend to smoke causing soot formation within the engine. The fouling of heat exchange surfaces in boilers causes a decrease in heat transfer and inefficiencies in fuel injection nozzles.

Efficiency

Regular use of PD-5 Boiler Boost, PD-5 Fuel Boost and PD-5 Marine Boost leads to prolonged operation at peak efficiencies and prevents the formation of carbon deposits on injectors and nozzles that lead to incomplete combustion of the fuel and hence environmental emissions such as CO2, unburnt HC, particulates and smoke.

The fact that less fuel is required to be burnt to achieve optimum power in an engine or the required heat in a boiler leads directly to a reduction in the amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere. This has been demonstrated in testing where fouled engines have been cleaned by the use of PD-5 Fuel Boost and boilers have been cleaned of carbon build up by the use of PD-5 Boiler Boost.

Easy to use

PD-5 Fuel Boost:

Our 200ml bottle incorporates a unique measuring device, for first time use turn the bottle upside down to fill the measuring device. Then when you want to use the product open up the cap and invert the bottle again, make sure that you have it pointed towards your fuel filler. The measuring device will add exactly 20ml of product to your tank. Then add fuel to your tank allowing up to 40 litres per 20ml of PD-5 Fuel Boost. The subsequent motion of the vehicle will mix the product and the fuel together.

PD-5 Marine Boost:

Our 200ml bottle incorporates a unique measuring device, for first time use turn the bottle upside down to fill the measuring device. Then when you want to use the product open up the cap and invert the bottle again, make sure that you have it pointed towards your fuel filler. The measuring device will add exactly 20ml of product to your tank. Then add fuel to your tank allowing up to 40 litres per 20ml of PD-5 Marine Boost. The subsequent motion of the vessel will mix the product and the fuel together.

PD-5 Boiler Boost:

Depending on the amount of fuel you intend to add to your tank 250ml will treat 500 litres of heating oil. It is best to add PD-5 Boiler Boost to your oil tank first and then get your heating oil delivered. This will help to "splash mix" the product through your heating oil.
